These improvements are carefully chosen to provide a substantial return on investment and are aligned with the latest real estate market trends and buyer demands. The process is streamlined and financially manageable for homeowners. Max Out Homes works with licensed contractors who work at wholesale prices, ensuring quality repairs and upgrades without financial strain. All renovation costs are initially covered by Max Out Homes and reimbursed at closing, easing the financial burden on homeowners.
Max Out Homes charges a project management fee for overseeing the Max Out Makeover process. This fee is agreed upon in advance with the seller, and it is discounted dollar for dollar by any commission earned through its affiliated relationship with Century 21 Realty Specialists on the sale. By collaborating with Century 21 Realty Specialists, our program also includes a partnership where the renovated properties are listed post-makeover.
